At Monaira, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over £20.
For orders under £20, a small shipping fee may apply at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
This includes packing, quality checks (fit/size verification), and preparing your parcel for dispatch.
Orders placed Friday evening or over the weekend may require a little extra time and will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once processed, your order is dispatched.
Average delivery timeframe: 7–15 business days.
During peak periods (holiday seasons or major promotions), delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Tracking events may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

Most carriers make one or more delivery attempts and may deliver to a safe location or local pickup point if you’re not available.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incomplete/incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us.
Please contact us if you’d like to arrange reshipment.
