Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@monaira.com and include your order number.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned complete, including all matching parts, components, tags and (where applicable) the original packaging in the same condition as received.

  • The item must have been handled with normal care. Breakage or damage caused by improper or careless use is excluded.

  • For products where hygiene is required, items must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • Bikinis, lingerie, underwear and socks cannot be returned.

  • Any defects or damage upon arrival must be reported immediately with clear photos.

  • Returns must always be approved by our customer service team before being sent back. Items sent back without approval cannot be processed and no refund will be issued.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including any related expenses (such as customs charges, import fees, etc.).

  • A return will be processed within 7 working days after the item has been received and inspected. If the conditions are met, you will receive an official confirmation within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used, damaged, altered, washed, carry odours or stains, or otherwise do not meet the conditions above.


How to Return

If your order meets the conditions above, please email info@monaira.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo(s) of the item (required in case of damage/defect)

  • Customer first name & last name

  • Customer address

After reviewing your request, we will provide the correct return address.

Please do not send your return to the sender address on the parcel.
All approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse in the Netherlands, using a tracked service. The customer is responsible for the return shipment, and Monaira cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.

International Returns (Including the United Kingdom)

Return shipments sent from outside the EU (including the United Kingdom) may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, handling or clearance fees when they enter the Netherlands.
These charges are the full responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.

If a return parcel arrives with unpaid customs or clearance fees, we will refuse the shipment.
The carrier will then return the parcel to the sender automatically.
In such cases, no refund will be issued, as the return has not been successfully delivered to us.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If returned items are not in their original condition or are missing parts or packaging, a reasonable deduction may be applied or the return may be rejected.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, colour or size, please place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.
