Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.

To start a return, please request a return form from our customer service. Always include your order number.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item is returned complete, with all matching parts, components, tags and (where applicable) the original packaging in the same condition as received.
  2. The item has been handled with normal care. Breakage or damage due to careless handling is excluded.
  3. For products where hygiene is important, items must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
    • Bikinis, lingerie, underwear and socks cannot be returned.
  4. If the product is defective on arrival, this must be reported immediately and proven with clear photos.
  5. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  6. A return will be processed within 7 working days after the item has been received and inspected. If the conditions are met, you will receive an official confirmation within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used, damaged, altered, washed, carry odours or stains, or otherwise do not meet the conditions above.


How to Return

If your order meets the conditions above, please email info@monaira.com and include:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for the return request
  3. Photo(s) of the product (required in case of damage/defect)
  4. Customer first name & last name
  5. Customer address

We will then contact you and provide the correct return address.
Never send your return to the sender address; we will share the correct address after your request. 

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. Monaira is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.


Cancellations (24 Hours)

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without giving a reason.
Please contact info@monaira.com or reply directly to your order confirmation.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If returned items are not in their original condition or are missing parts/packaging, we may apply a reasonable deduction or reject the return.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size or colour, please place a new order and return the original item per the policy above.
