What is Monaira?
Monaira is an online fashion boutique offering thoughtfully curated womenswear and accessories designed to help you feel confident, stylish, and uniquely yourself.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–15 business days on average. (During peak periods it may take a little longer.)
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available). Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — FREE SHIPPING on every order, no minimum spend required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Checkout is secure and encrypted.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, bikinis, lingerie, underwear and socks are not returnable.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email info@monaira.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll help with a replacement or refund according to our policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Please contact info@monaira.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
